The 35042 is an SPC (Specialty Products) torque arm shim for I.H.C. and Navistar trucks, 1/8 inch thick and sold 6 to a pack. Installed between the torque arm and the spring hanger, it changes thrust angle and toe, and on Navistar trucks it can also center the axle with the frame rails when used on the lateral link.
