Terms and Conditions

Borg Equipment & Supply has been family-owned since 1962. These terms cover ordering, payment, and use of our website. Our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
Ordering and Payment
We accept credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe) and PayPal. California sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for orders shipped within California. Orders will not ship until payment has been received.
Low-order fee. Orders with a merchandise subtotal under $10.00 carry a 20% low-order fee, because every order goes through the same entry, picking, packing and shipping steps regardless of size.

Pricing and Typographical Errors
Occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information we received from a supplier. If this happens, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the affected product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged. If your payment was already processed, we will promptly issue a refund for the affected items.
Product Information and Safety Warnings
Product pages on our site include California Proposition 65 warnings where applicable. Please read all product warnings and safety information before use. Some products are restricted in certain states; please confirm the laws in your state before purchasing.
Special Order Items
Some products are marked "Special Order" and require additional lead time from the manufacturer. If a vendor tells us the lead time will run longer than 10 business days, we will contact you by email or phone. Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned except for a defect or shipping error, see our Returns Policy.
Shipping and Returns

Backorders and Substitutions
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you and ship it as soon as it's available. If a product from the manufacturer listed on the site is unavailable at the time of your order, we may substitute the equivalent product from a different manufacturer.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or policies of any site we don't operate.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
