About this part

The 555D is a Beico truck tubeless valve with a 60 degree bend, designed specifically for aluminum wheels, and shops also call it an Alcoa grommet stem. It is built for a 9.7 mm (.382 in) rim hole, comes with a rubber grommet, and measures 0.98 in from the grommet to the bend and 2.60 in from the bend to the top of the valve. A rubber O-ring forms the seal when the valve is clamped to the rim by tightening the HN-22 hex nut. Other numbers for this valve include TV-555D and VS-555D.
