The CB45100801 is the Counteract valve core, Counteract part number VCV. It is a TPMS safe core with a vortex tip that lets nothing but air through the valve and a high-temp air tight seal, designed for use with Counteract Balancing Beads. Each bag of beads comes with one of these cores and one CBB valve cap, and the standard core in the valve stem must be changed out to this one.
