Replacement 1-piece metal bolt-in valve stems for Sprinter chassis dual wheels, with front stems included. The Duallyvalve kit makes it easier for motorhome or commercial vehicles to check and maintain tire pressure on a six-wheel chassis. The length of the inner dual valve has been extended to reach the outer dual thus making it easy to add air.

Front Stems
There are two front stem options. Please note which one you want at checkout.
- VHVS8175B15, reverse mount 1.75" valve stem with a 10-15 degree bend (when no wheel covers are used)
- VHVS8225B20, reverse mount 2.25" valve stem with a 20 degree bend (when wheel covers are used)
Note: You will have to cut a notch in the cover on the front wheels for accessibility, or take the cover off. The valve stem is mounted too close to the cover and we recommend 1/4" to 1/2" of clearance.
Note: If you are using aftermarket simulators, you may need a 2.75" front stem with a 20 degree bend. Note it at checkout, or call 818-352-8717 x111.
Important, regarding simulator covers: The OEM simulators are clip-on, not bolt-on, so they can rotate and gouge the Duallyvalve stems, or fly off. Wire tie or zip tie your covers to the wheel in a few positions to prevent this.

TPMS
Duallyvalve stems do not work with internal TPMS. Duallyvalves can work with external TPMS that go on the end of the valve stem.
Balancing
If you plan on using balancing compounds in your tires such as Equal or Counteract, please indicate that information in your order notes.
Tire Rotation
Having Duallyvalves makes it difficult for the tire shop to rotate your tires. Inner stems, outer stems and front stems are all different. You can rotate inner with inner, outer with outer and front with front.
Replacement
To reduce potential future air leaks, we recommend after 5 years or every tire change replacing the rubber seals on the valve stems in the Duallyvalve kit. Just give Duallyvalve a call at 800-300-2674 or 818-352-8717 x111 and we would be happy to help you get what you need.
Note: Some aluminum wheel valve stems do not have replacement grommets.
Replacement grommets for this kit are PN# DLPACKET. To replace your stabilizers also, the part number is VHRG15 Round 1.5", one per outer wheel.
Installation note: Inner stems will have to be bent to center them in the outer hand-hole. Support the base while bending and keep the valve cap on to protect the threads.

About this kit
RV owners and tire shops often ask for these as Borg dually valves or Borg valve stems. The DL1SP13FR covers all six wheels on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 dual rear wheel (DRW) chassis from 2013 on, with 16 inch steel wheels and a round 1-1/2 inch outer hand hole. Along with 7 inch inner and 3.5 inch outer stems, it adds two chrome front stems: VHVS8175B15 when no wheel covers are used, or VHVS8225B20 with covers, chosen at checkout.
