The DLGMC is an oval rubber stabilizer for 19.5 inch wheels, 3-3/4 by 2-3/4 inches, 5/8 inch tall with a 1/4 inch groove and a 2-1/2 inch notch. It sits in the hand hole of the outer dual wheel and holds the long inner stem steady. Order it singly when a stabilizer from a set of Borg valve stems is worn or missing.
