The PB-4 is a Prema 2-ply bias repair, 4-3/4 in. by 4-3/4 in. (121 mm), sold as 10. Its large ply construction is made for repairing all bias ply tube and tubeless tires, including crown, shoulder and sidewall injuries. It can be installed by chemical (cold) vulcanization or by heat and pressure (hot) methods, and for a cold install you use Prema Ultra Fast Dry Vulcanizing Cement. Always fill the injury channel and check the Prema Bias Ply Repair Chart to pick the right unit.
