PREMA PLOS-16 is an innerliner overbuff sealant in a 16 fl. oz. (473 ml) brush-top can. After a repair is installed, brush it over the buffed innerliner around the repair to restore its air retention. It works with both cold and hot vulcanizing systems, is flammable, contains no ozone depleting chemicals, and has an 18 month shelf life. Shops often call this an inner liner sealer.
