The R-764R is a Haltec tubing connector sleeve for super large bore (SLB) valve systems. Haltec uses two of these sleeves in its R-969-K field service assembly kit for super large bore valves, next to the R-762S swivel connector and R-763 straight tubing connector, and two more in the MT-4000-L flexible extension. Order it by part number R-764R when one of those sleeves needs replacing.
