Due to our fully-integrated blue bonding layer and center over injury design, REMA Tip Top radial ply repair units are sutible for use with all current vulcanizing systems. For best results, always select the corresponding rema tip top stem insert unit, carbide cutter and special cement bl (non flammable) or special blue cement (flammable) product for a permanent, reliable repair.

The Rema Tip Top RAD-110 is a 1-ply radial repair unit, 2 by 2-3/4 inches, sold 20 to a box. Rema designs it for injuries in the crown, shoulder and sidewall areas of radial tires. It has a center-over-injury design with Rema's built-in blue bonding layer, so it works with all current vulcanizing systems. For a permanent repair, pair it with the matching Rema stem insert, a carbide cutter and Special Cement BL or Special Blue Cement.
