The RS-12 is a Rema Tip Top 1/2 inch stem insert, a pre-cured, self-vulcanizing insert sold in a pack of 10, contoured for easy installation. It handles injuries up to a maximum of 1/2 inch and works with hot or cold vulcanization. For a permanent repair pair it with the matching Rema Tip Top repair unit, carbide cutter and Special Cement BL or Special Blue Cement.
