The St. Louis Pneumatic SL4050 is a low speed air buffer for tire repair, the low speed version of the SLP-4038, fitted with a Jacobs chuck. At 3,500 RPM it gives the extra torque needed for patch work without scorching the tire surface. The rear exhaust keeps rubber dust from blowing around inside the tire, and it has a safety throttle lever.
