The VH515S11TC is a chrome dually valve truck valve with an 11 inch effective length, sold as an inner dually stem. Long inner stems like this reach from the inner wheel out past the outer wheel so you can check and fill the inside tire from outside. It is sold singly as a replacement for one of a set of Borg valve stems.
