The VH515S5CSPDB is a 5 inch chrome inner dual stem with a small 15 mm base and a special double bend, for a .453 valve hole. It comes with a concave metal washer (15 mm OD, 10 mm ID) on the stem. It is the inner stem for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with steel inner wheels and stylized chrome outer wheels, and it is the stem used in the DL2SPNAS Borg valve stems kit.
