The VH515S6C is a chrome inner dually valve stem with a 6-1/8 inch effective length for a .453 inch valve hole. It is the long inner stem that lets you add air to the inside tire of a dual wheel from outside. Order it singly to replace one stem from a set of Borg valve stems.
