The VH515S6CSP is a chrome inner dually valve stem with a Sprinter base and a 6-1/8 inch effective length, made for a .453 inch valve hole. The base plate measures 15 mm across. It is the long inner stem that lets you fill the inside tire of a dual wheel from outside, and it is sold singly as a replacement for Borg valve stems.
