The VH515S6T is a reverse mount truck valve with a 6-1/8 inch effective length for a .625 inch valve hole. Borg sells it as an inner dually stem, the long stem that brings the inside tire valve out past the outer wheel. It is sold singly as a replacement for one of a set of Borg valve stems on wheels with .625 valve holes.
