The VH515S7 is a brass reverse mount truck valve with a 7-1/8 inch effective length for a .453 inch valve hole. Borg sells it as an inner dually stem, the long stem that reaches from the inner wheel out past the outer wheel so you can add air from outside. Order it singly to replace one of a set of Borg valve stems.
