The VH515S7C is a chrome truck valve with a 7-1/8 inch effective length for a .453 inch valve hole. Borg sells it as an inner dually stem, the long stem that brings the inside tire valve out where you can reach it with a chuck. Order it singly to replace one of a set of Borg valve stems.
