The VH515S7CN is a chrome inner dually valve stem that comes with a nitrogen cap. It is the long inner stem that brings the inside tire valve out past the outer wheel, so you can check pressure and add air or nitrogen from outside. It is sold singly as a replacement for one of a set of Borg valve stems.
