The VH515S7CSP is a pre-bent inner dually valve stem for a .453 inch valve hole. Coming pre-bent saves you shaping the stem by hand to line it up with the outer wheel hand hole. It is sold singly as a replacement for one of the inner Borg valve stems in a dual wheel set.
