The VH515S7T is a reverse mount truck valve with a 7-1/8 inch effective length for a .625 inch valve hole. Borg sells it as an inner dually stem, the long stem that reaches from the inner wheel out past the outer wheel so the inside tire can be filled from outside. It is sold singly as a replacement for one of a set of Borg valve stems.
