The VH515S8 is a reverse mount truck valve with an 8-1/8 inch effective length for a .453 inch valve hole. Borg sells it as an inner dually stem, the long stem that reaches from the inner wheel out to the outer wheel so you can add air from outside. Customers replacing one stem from a set of Borg valve stems order it singly.
