The VH515S8C is a chrome Duallyvalve inner stem with an 8-1/8 inch effective length for a .453 inch valve hole. It is the long stem that reaches from the inner dual wheel out past the outer wheel, so you can check and fill the inside tire from outside. It is sold singly as a replacement for one of a set of Borg valve stems.
