The VH555S7R is a straight inner dually valve stem with a 7 inch effective length for a 9.7 mm valve hole, made for inner aluminum Alcoa wheels on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It reaches from the inner wheel out past the outer wheel so you can check and fill the inside tire from outside. It is sold singly as a replacement for one of the inner Borg valve stems.
